Got the dipped cone in chocolate orange and it was great! The ice cream was creamy while the dip was very chocolatey and orangey. Even though I couldn't speak French, the cashier was very accomodating and tried to speak in English for me.
L’Étoile Polaire is hands down one of the best ice cream shops in Trois-Rivières. The quality of their ingredients is top-notch, and it truly shows in the taste and texture of everything they serve. The ice cream is always smooth, creamy, and rich in flavor, and you can tell they take pride in using fresh, high-quality products.
