Meal not too heavy for a very nutritious dinner 20 oz size is more than enough, I am someone who likes to eat well.

An excellent discovery! The meals are very fresh and do not have an industrial taste. We really feel the freshness! Plus excellent customer service. The portions are large with lots of choice. I recommend!
For the price it’s adequate! The sauce could be improved a little in terms of taste, I didn't want to eat it all..
