The first and possibly the last time I go there. The food is like KFC, comforting but once in a while. The service, we spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to take care of us at the counter and another 45 minutes waiting for strips, popcorn chicken and fries for 3 people. Nice little restaurant inside, but people were all impatient waiting for their lunches.
The cashier doesn't seem to understand French, I ordered 4 meals as a trio, no sauce, no fries, no drink. I tried to explain it to the cashier, after 10 minutes, she came back with only one fries out of 4. After some time trying to make her understand my order, I ended up having everything and leaving, in the end some were missing. ingredients in the chicken burger (the famous one), I definitely won't go back.

Twister ordered Sunday September 15 The tortilla is hard as a rock, it cracks everywhere 1 piece of chicken a little pepper mayo barely the salad visible. I say no fries bang one fries on the bill not in the bag.

We repeated our order several times but the person assured us that it was indeed that, once paid it was not what we ordered. We asked for a meal box, ultimately there were extras and several items were missing from our order. We had to go get our missing food twice... even once my husband had to help himself from the glasses near the cash register due to the poor service despite the three employees on site. Also, I used the bathroom, it was unsanitary and there was no toilet paper. I strongly suggest that you drive a little further to get to the other branch on Récollets. This branch is over for us. Hire people who understand French or put terminals like at McDonald's!!!! Although we took the time to rehearse well and show the image it was not enough to be understood. Good luck.
