I must have been a regular customer at this restaurant for about a year!! I went to pick up my pickup order on January 19, I got a catering pamphlet from them, which said that we had a $5 discount on the next order.. so I wanted to put it on my application and I couldn't find how. I decided to try a touch and ultimately it made me charge $20 to my card, so I withdrew it on my app but I never got a refund on my card. Following all this, I contacted Pita Pit by email and on Messenger.. she said that I would have someone who would take care of my situation in the days to follow! It's February 8 and the problem is still not resolved. Quite disappointing on your part. I'm not going back there anymore.

Nous adorions le pita pit auparavant, mais ce soir nous avons eu une expérience très désagréable. Le service : les employés n'étaient pas souriant, bête à la limite. Nos pitas n'étaient pas cuit à la vapeur, ils étaient secs et se défaisaient dans nos mains. Mon chum a été à plusieurs reprises en revenant à la maison (indigestion alimentaire). Nous n'y retournerons pas.

I ordered 4 wraps from Uber Eats, Food was good but the images are deceiving. Right amount of content not stuffed in the wrap it was very light still hungry after eating 1 wrap. It was like 2 wraps split into 4. Also, I asked for hot sauce, but it wasn't spicy at all.

Great place delicious pita’s I highly recommend, staff is very friendly, pita’s come out from the grill hot and melts in your mouth. You have to try, guarantee you’ll get hooked.
