Messed up my order twice. The help is rude. They made an error and their reaction isn't to apologize or make it right. They'll say something stupid like "Well what do you want me to do??" Not a discount, no free soda or bread or anything. Just woops too bad! Lol. Never going there again. Sucks because I'm from the states and was looking forward to some good pizza and good service. Not here!
There was no Pizza Hut in Cape Town before now being in front of the Metro grocery store it's so convenient, you finish grocery shopping and then you can pick up dinner in the same parking lot. I love Quebec pizza but sometimes piźza hut makes a change, it's a thin pizza but you can more easily taste the different ingredients. It's easier now to place our orders online and when we enter the restaurant our names are displayed on the computer board which tells us...
Picked up a Quebec pizza and Ayoub kindly explained to me the difference between the airy dough and the regular one. I tried the airy pizza and it was delicious ?, thank you very much Ayoub for the excellent customer service.
