Very poor service, worst poutine every cold fries, frozen Kurds and a sauce like gravy was not even hot enough melt cheese, pizza did not have alot on it fell apart inhands. Was a navy cook over 20 years would not recommend after driving from nova scoita heading thunder bay was big let down cheers.

I followed my order with the link provided, what I predicted happened exactly...pizzas and poutine were cold because the end of the preparation compared to the departure of the delivery person was much too long, they should plan a little more compared to the departure of the delivery person. Very disappointed with the service. Following my comment, I must say that the customer service is very proactive. I will add a star and come back to comment on my next one. Worst salvatore in the province. The buffet is atrocious, the pizza is not fresh (dried cheese, the bad peperoni, way too spicy,) the pizzas are rarely or not renewed at the buffet. The soup base is also pitiful. The chocolate and caramel dispenser for Sunday is not filled and appears to be non-functional. The Sunday machine doesn't work either.
A pizza was there at the counter when we arrived (and it wasn't fresh when we left) it's been over an hour and it's still there, a customer has just picked up a slice.
The restaurant overall is not clean and lacks love, the utensils are poorly washed, the cabaret too.
The dryer does not work in the toilets (I doubt that the employees wash their hands regularly)
The cherry on Sunday (to make a nice play on words), hairs are found in the dish to put on Sunday and there are only about 10....
Basically, he sells you a lunch buffet for $15.99, but there is no fresh food and no functional appliance for your dessert (Sunday).
I wouldn't be surprised if I left with a stomach ache...
If I were the boss of Salvatore I would be ashamed that this franchise bears my logo. I have had better experiences with the salvators in the Quebec region.

I order a medium pizza and medium poutine for delivery the order arrives it's a small poutine I call the restaurant he says sorry we will send you your poutine as soon as possible 1:30 later still nothing received I call the restaurant again restaurant they answer me all my delivery men are on the road you should receive the poutine within 30 minutes… I don't know but when it's a restaurant error in principle it should be one of the priorities to correct everything quickly quite disappointing.
