Last Friday September 6, 2024 we called to ask if there was room for 10 people for a dinner! Finally there were 9 of us. We arrived at 6:10 p.m. The welcome was good but after 1 hour I asked the waitress if we were going to have our plates soon? She told me they are being prepared ? the ​​meals were poutine pizza club lasagna in short nothing complicated to do! We received the first plates at 7:30 p.m.? a couple took an onion ring with a smoked beef club and their partner a different plate, they divided the onion rings on their plate. But the person takes a bite from her club because we were hungry, she says oops, it’s a chicken club they’re back on their plate but the onion rings stay on their plate! The waitress mistakenly gave onion rings and wanted to charge for them…. I said seriously you are not going to charge them finally she came back saying that they would not be charged! I have been a customer for several years, if not since the opening of the first owner, each time we went as a couple or 5-6 people, it never took so long to get our plates! Unfortunately I am disappointed and I will go with several people for too long before getting our plates! I took the trouble to call before traveling. He should have said he didn't have time for 9 people! It would have been better!

J'ai commander pour 80 $ ma focatioas es arrivé brûler quand j'ai appelé pour leur en informer la téléphoniste fesait semblant de pas me comprendre suite à mon avis le propriétaire m'a téléphoné dès le lendemain pour refaire la parti de ma commande qui avait eter manqué, propriétaire très poli et parlable commande repris super bonne merci de votre compréhension
