Rôtisserie St-Hubert

I had the chicken pot pie. It was good for me, I just have add some salt. I was able to try the roasted chicken, it was on the dry side. Probably because of the time, 230pm, it was sitting under the warmer lights too long. The atmosphere was cool. Some of the booth chairs needs to be re-upholstered. The washroom was clean & tidy. Our server, she was very attentive & accommodating. She gave us an excellent service!

We live in ontario but have family in trois rivieres that we visit once or twice a year We have always loved st hubert because we don't have one at home Today we went for lunch and it wasn't overly busy usually I have no complaints but our server came took our order didn't give myself a choice of potatoes. Then when she brought the order didn't ask my husband if he would like butter for his potatoes and didn't ask if we would like to have a refill on the coleslaw I actually had to go to her and ask for it
She never came over to ask how our meal was and never asked us if we would like to see the dessert menu. We have never received service like this before
She seemed more concerned about talking to other employees than doing her job. We will probably go there again because we love it but we will not sit in her section again. Ontario residents

Classic St-Hubert experience! The rotisserie chicken was tasty and cooked just right, with crispy skin and juicy meat. The portion size was good, and the coleslaw and fries were fresh and satisfying.

The service was generally friendly, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. It’s a reliable spot if you’re looking for a comforting Quebec-style meal in a casual setting.

During busy hours, the wait for service can be a bit long, and some dishes may take time to arrive. But overall, it’s a solid experience with consistent quality.

The food was not bad, it's rotisserie chicken. I would have to say that is equivalent to Swiss chalet. Our server was very patient and helped us with a smile.

When the staff is too stupid to take a reservation correctly!

Delicious ribs that are tender and packed with flavor, complemented by excellent service. A great dining experience all around!

canned and cold mashed potatoes, no taste
chicken noodle soup…flavorless and sparse
our two plates were lukewarm
very disappointed, very expensive for the meal we had.
St hubert, boul. forges have declined significantly in quality and quantity

I gave one star...and it's a lot, worst restaurant in my opinion...Bangkok salad with Thai sauce that I buy at Cosco..little salad, only sauce and three pieces of chicken. ..in my opinion go get a good chicken at the Ste Cécile rotisserie....or for the same price go eat at Péché Mignon or elsewhere. I told the waitress who didn't offer me anything and as I was in a group I was embarrassed to insist, I spoke to him about it again when I left, no offer from him..
.They're going to have to force me to go back there.
