We had such a beautiful evening, spending time with good food and a really cool game we did not know before. Lovely greetings from the family from Cologne, Germany!

It took a good 15 minutes before the server came to give us our drinks. I had to get up and go to the server to ask for her to come to our table so we could order food. The man in charge of games didn’t come see us for 30 minutes and we had been done with our food for another 30 minutes and we decided to pay and leave because he did not come back to see us, so we played one game during the whole evening. A customer even asked the server to sit outside and she said she’d probably forget them. She was also pretty chatty with the bartender instead of coming to take our order

We came in hungry and wanting to eat. The waitress explained the gaming component of the place. Even though we did not end up playing (being extremely hungry and just wanting to eat), we were still charged the $9 cover, which I am not sure they were supposed to do if we did not partake in the gaming aspect. I ended up paying $40 for simple fish and chips (which were on the expensive side as it is). Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended).

Food was OK -- nothing special. Service was slow and sub-par.

I question the legitimacy of all the positive reviews. Will not be coming back.

We had a nice time — the atmosphere was great, and we enjoyed playing games and hanging out with friends. However, I forgot to leave a tip, and shortly after, our waiter came up and rather insistently explained that I should leave a tip because he needs to share it with other staff members. Honestly, that interaction ruined the vibe for me. It felt pushy and left a bad impression at the end of an otherwise fun evening.

Unfortunately, I don't go there anymore because it's too expensive. Already, paying a base amount to sit down...which goes up and up...includes access to the games, but I would have liked to be able to go eat without necessarily playing and paying the fees. Drinks at more or less $15... it's expensive! Then I went for a Nachos with pulled pork and pineapple which was simply divine and it was taken off the menu. The fries are good, I recommend them. But anyway, for a board game evening, with the base price per person to sit down, it's too expensive if I also want to eat and drink. If you only want to pay for access to the games, drink water and not eat anything, that makes sense, but at this point, I prefer to organize game evenings at home. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Too bad, because the concept is really great, the staff is friendly, ... but with the prices constantly increasing, it's beyond my means. If at least access to the games became free with the purchase of a meal and/or a drink... it could make sense and become an interesting outing again. ☺️

Our server was gracious and very apologetic about the situation. We still found that the experience was not at the same level as the other establishments we had visited.

We still recommend it, but there may be a need for more staff at this branch where you should try to go at a less busy time (although the place was not full). But the customer experience for us was not the same level as others in other centers.

I like the concept of "one price like $8 and play whatever you want". No need to read the instructions! An interested and enthusiastic facilitator explains everything to you. You like less, he brings another. Not a restaurant per se but what they do, they do it very well!
