Arrive at 4:30 p.m. on a Tuesday evening for dinner. 2 tables to occupy 2 people each table. Ordered a small pizza and a fries and an hour later no more people in the restaurant and still no service.

Good service, good meal, excellent daily menu and not expensive. The restaurant is clean. I eat at this restaurant once a week and it's always excellent. But it's a little noisy like all restaurants.

Parking: Stat. at the back of the restaurant but not much space, but there is sta. on the street.

Bad service the first time and the pizza was burnt. I tell myself it was just bad luck. I recommend another time and I'm still waiting for my order after 2 hours of waiting. I don't recommend it at all.

After several years of having abandoned 67 for pizzeria Royale, I decided to return there this evening.

Order my pizza at 6:58 p.m. to pick it up at the counter. The receptionist tells me ready in 20 minutes.

I arrive at 7:17 p.m., she rushes to make me pay. Seeing that I don't leave a tip since it's take out, she doesn't seem happy and tells me it will be ready in about 20 minutes..

Yet another 20 minutes?!?!?

No other customers show up and no delivery person while I patiently wait for my pizza....

7:38 p.m. she gives me my pizza, the box is not hot.. I find it weird.

I arrive at my house which is literally 5 minutes away, the pizza is cooled, not even warm..

So I conclude that the receptionist was disappointed not to have had a cent of tip to leave my pizza lying on the corner of the counter for 20 minutes...

Total of almost 40 minutes for my pizza which had been given to me as a 20 minute deadline during the call.

I can't believe there are employees who don't care about their employer's business by providing this kind of service.

Anyway, finished 67, I returned to Royale where they always respected their deadlines and when I was late my pizza was on top of the pizza oven, very hot and when I arrived home it was still hot .

The owner doesn't seem to read the comments anyway..

I'll post the invoice if you ever feel like following up with your frustrated employee. 😁

At least once reheated in the oven it was still good.

Note: there were no peppers in my all-dressed pizza, only mushrooms and peperoni.

We were passing through Trois-Rivières to settle family matters. My father was happy to take me to this restaurant. That he frequented with my mother a few years ago, telling me that they ate very well in this restaurant.

Surprise and disappointment. The plates are well filled, but cold. So the taste of foods and sauces....
