Passing through Trois-Rivières and looking for a change. The poutine 67 is super good, the chicken salad looked appetizing and the club sandwich had a generous portion. Quite varied menu at competitive prices. Fast delivery. Overall, I liked it. A new option when I return to Trois-Rivières.

Ugh, the garlic snails don't come with the basic gratin (if you want some it's extra) and that's without a bun normally provided. It happened naked, drowned in garlic butter. I had butterfly shrimp, nice plate but huge stomach ache afterwards, I had extreme difficulty digesting them, slept very badly. Good atmosphere too, I don't know if it's always like that, but there were a few homeless people and/or drugged people at different tables. Nothing to say about our service except that even after mentioning that it was strange the garlic snails without cheese, no credit or anything for compensation... But she was nice. It's the cuisine that is cheap.... excellent Pinot noir wine 👌🏼

The Poutines: we had several times and each time it was a treat. At first it was just to discover a local dish. Subsequently it turns out that it suits us given the climate. Fast, impeccable service. Magnificent welcome. Very responsive staff who help us to better choose our menus. The place was clean and well maintained during our visits. The value for money and quality of experience here is very high.

It was in summer, a lovely evening where we wanted to have fun with my family from Ontario. We ordered 2 large chicken pizzas.
It was delivered with lots of water on top, the dough super thick, onions on top burnt. Scandalized, we called to express our dissatisfaction and went there to show them. We told them we couldn't eat it, because even the visuals weren't encouraging. The lady at the counter, calm and kind, explained to us that the manager was not there and that there was nothing she could do.
We left him our contact details, bills and pizzas.
The next day the manager called us and promised to reimburse us within the next few hours, but nothing until today.
Of course we were disappointed across the board, by the quality of the meal, and the broken word. We didn't want to call them again and gave up.
