Hello, I have ordered hot matcha lattes several times and they are never full. I never have time to go back because I have to go to work. This could really be improved. Especially at the amount it costs.

I paid $11 for an iced matcha with white chocolate mousse and I received a completely disgusting seasonal matcha with caramel (I don't like caramel). It didn't even taste like matcha. In addition to having waited 15 minutes. Last Starbucks before La Tuque. Thanks for nothing.

I've only been there once, but I plan to return. At the end of the day on a weekday, I grab a sandwich and a latte at the drive-tru. Not only was I very satisfied with the quality of my snack, but the service I received was so pleasant that I felt truly welcome. I would have had a chat with the young woman at the microphone, she made me feel so good, she listened to me without interrupting me, she was smiling, you could hear that in her voice, and advised me, all gently. I loved my experience and I highly recommend it. My only regret; not having mentioned my satisfaction to the young woman.

Always superb service, super smiling workers and plenty of room to sit and it's always clean! Frankly nothing to say about this location unlike other Starbucks! Oh and the service is much faster than elsewhere, and the drive-thru option moves super quickly! THANKS,
