I made a detour of the highway to offer myself a treat with my stars and all of this for nothing. I could have stopped by Tim Horton and avoid the detour.
Also be aware there is no car service and you need to pay for the parking.
Unless you are at the hotel or the convention center, there is no reason for the detour.

This place is so dirty inside all they emplois are doing is talk nobody here in the drive way tables and chairs dirty even the floor as well as the toilet

I'm mixed. I go there quite regularly. I give it a 4/5 because it's the only branch in Trois-Rivières that doesn't do promotions and doesn't take points. Otherwise, I generally like it. They fulfill my orders well.

Never make my order correctly and are rude when I politely ask to do it again because I didn't pay $8 for this drink. Do it again in exactly the same way. This is the only branch in Trois-Rivières where this happens, and unfortunately it’s the one close to me.

Very long lines during conferences. Several employees talk to themselves without helping the 3rd... Quite disappointed.

Parking: By motorbike, the parking in the city center is quite limited so on good days I risk getting a ticket because I occupy the car parking when I return.

Courteous and fast service.

Parking: Hard to say there are barriers to enter the parking lot so I guess it takes a sticker or something but from the street to the Starbucks there are only a few steps to do.
