- Ordered one hour ahead of time, arrived 50 minutes into that hour and was told to wait another 30 as the store had taken on more than usual and was late on their orders. Could the staff have called to inform their clients in order for them not to waste their time? Also, if that’s asking too much, could the staff be at all courteous when informing their clients of this rather than with condescension?
- Aa demonstrated in the picture, Lion Sumomaki is completely missing its namesake sweet potato mane and delicious glazing.
- Random holes in my Black Mamba Maki as if done with chopsticks?
All in all horrible experience at this location. Would avoid if you can afford the 10 minutes drive and go to one of the other stores in town.

The sushis are really tasty! The waiters know how to speak fluent English and French! The washroom is very clean! A little thing is that the tables and the chairs are little bit sticky (food residues) which I took off one star. But overall is good!

Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:06am and it's 6:14am and we still don't have the order.

Our last 3 orders through DoorDash had several significant deficiencies. The last order, 12 sushis were missing, no ginger or wasabi (plus we had paid extra to have more) and the sushis were really small or poorly assembled. The order before, we didn't receive the correct pokebowls, and the one before that we only got one soy sauce for an order of $100 for 3 people, as well as forgetting spicy mayo (it's dry for a long time !). Seriously, it's boring, we're talking about orders over $100 each time, it takes 2 minutes to be double-checked by a colleague!

Take out, he makes a mistake in the order and misses rolls for a dinner with guests. So everyone is disappointed, missed dinner. They offer to follow up with employees, so the customer can live with their mistake, ultimately a $25 gift card to compensate for a dinner where they had to cook quickly with guests. Bad management, zero stars if that were possible.

Lack of consistency. It's correct once in 2. Poke based on salad which looks like an ordinary iceberg lettuce salad where half of the ingredients named in the menu are missing. Damage.
My poke is missing more than half of the ingredients. No mango, no edamame. Cucumbers and two pieces of avocado. First and last visit
