I was pleasantly surprised when I learned I could order a plate of chef's creations and they could make it vegan for me. I had 2 kinds of rolls and some nigiri that were all vegan and very tasty

I ordered the Sumo platter, and frankly, it was absolutely out of this world. This platter, chosen by the chef, was a true work of art. When it arrived at my table, I was stunned by the presentation. I couldn't help but take a photo because it was so impressive.
