We ordered from this place 3 times over several months to validate our opinion.We tested the wrap, chicken thighs, chicken breasts, poutine, chicken fillets & fries meal.Very good meals overall, good portions, except the wrap which is very small and dry.We ordered via the terminals, the waiting time was reasonable. The kiosks make the ordering experience faster. The prices are a little high without being exorbitant.We will return to try new items on the menu.

Dommage que le service à la clientèle à été une de mes pire expérience en restauration je me serais passé des roulements de yeux de la part de la caissière bref ma mère de 89 ans voulait manger du bon poulet et c'est réussis le poulet est excellent dommage que cela fait 2 fois que la caissière se comporte de la sorte je vais probablement changer de succursale

I have never seen such a stupid cashier in my entire life!!! She shouts at those in charge, because we can't hear well with their plexiglass. She gets angry and slams her cash drawer, no smile either!!!March 21 at 5:06 p.m.If I go back and it's her, I'll change direction!

My chicken club sandwich was cold. When I wanted to go to the disabled toilet (I have multiple sclerosis and I walk with 2 canes) the toilet was so dirty (there was poo on the toilet seat) I told an employee who said it to another employee and she responded quite loudly I only have two hands it will wait. I was directed to a tiny toilet where I had great difficulty getting up. I understand the lack of staff but health and respect for customers is crucial.

Frankly, it's not just disappointing, it's insulting to be served such a dish.I ordered chicken and rice and was delivered rice that was extremely mushy, sticky and completely undercooked.You know what, it's insulting to pay for this. they will answer that rice is not their specialty?Well instead of serving something inedible, don't serve it at all.

DO NOT USE THE CONTROL TERMINALS!!! If I use the kiosk to order and I order a drink, I have to wait in line with my chicken in my hands so that the cashier gives me a token for the drinks machine that I had ordered and paid for at the kiosk. But why not give me my drink to order?
