Please educate staff that no aprons are allowed when they use toilet!

A very marginal coffee and donut establishment. The prepared vanilla latte was the worst coffee drink ever! Sadly the first time experience here will be the last one as well as the experience was not worth the money. Not so sure why many people rave about this chain cause its not so good.

Terrible customer service. I never managed to get a complete order.
For some unknown reason the same order at this restaurant is smaller than the one I make in Ontario.
The staff seems to be depressed…
