The employees don't seem motivated to work, but they still provide good service. We just need to specify our request more and monitor the order before going to the payment window.
Very long time to get service but I don't think it was the employees as such. Probably there weren't enough people, people really seemed to do their best. However, 25 minutes for a sandwich is too much.
I generally disagree with restaurant chains, but he is a cut above the others. Already the decoration has a little more. In addition, for once, my food was hot and tasty. The manager (or owner) was on site and helped with the service and we could see that she cared about her customers and her employees. I hadn't used to go to tim, but for him, I'll make an exception!
