The employees don't understand anything when we talk to them and what's more it's dirty and there's never what we want when we go there, or we're told machine is being repaired for iced cpuccinos (on several occasions)
The employees are often stupid, they refuse to prepare something for you because they have to close in 15 minutes. Honestly if you need to go to a tim don't go to this one.
