Here present the worst tbnk of tim horton ever seen in the world it is really not recommended to go there the services are good nothing use them its good nothing also its speaks zero a tbnk of French words and its not incapable of taking an order like people there will crunch you a potato for lunch at 4 o'clock in the afternoon in your trio club at the tim it's just no common sense close me its branch there at the most crunch!!!!

I'm really not used to commenting on this kind of thing but I haven't seen it often, the 2 glass units full of dust and seeds of all kinds had not been washed for weeks, and the same goes for the floor which had not been swept and mopped (we were there in the morning) which had a piece of food which I think had been deteriorating for a long time in a corner. Too bad because it's easy to keep a restaurant clean when there are 4 employees on the floor. But the tables were clean. Sorry but this was definitely my last visit.

Je suis au SAV et je demande un sandwich au fromage fondu, je vois sur l'ecran qu'il me charge 2 tranches de pain avec 1 tranche de fromage fondu, je lui explique que je veux le sandwich au fromage fondu qui a sur le menu depuis des années... C'est pour ma fille qui a faim et le ptit jeune aux toast prend le micro et avec toute son arrogance, il me repond " c'est ca ou c'est rien " il commence a rire et à nous narguer... J'arrive a la fenetre, je recois 2 tranches de pains froides, pas toaster avec une demi tranche de fromage fondu.... Je lui dis que ca aucun sens, qu'il rit de moi completement et encore une fois, avec toute son arrogance, me regarde comme s'il comprenait pas pourquoi je n'acceptais pas ce grilled cheese. Donc, apres avoir ete a la fenetre 10 minutes, ca créer un gros line up d'une vingtaine de voitures... En plus, il travaille avec ses air pods dans les oreilles, alors il peut ben rien comprendre ! Pour avoir travailler dans un Tim pendant 7 ans, je sais comment ca marche et jamais j'aurais agis comme ca avec un client. Pire service que jai recu dans un Tim!! Si c'est ca les adultes de demain, on est pas sorti du bois. Jespere que cette plainte va etre prise au serieux. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'employés minables comme ca, ca va clairement nuire à votre réputation et à votre rendement.

Very quick service and also professional skill to make the coffee ,and the guys I ask for the name who is Gary,he is a very good person I’ve ever seen,he is very kindly when he ask what I want ,his voice is very gentle sounds like a mature black swan ,anyway u should try,I’ll repeat.
