We always stop at this Tim Hortons when going or coming back from Quebec City.
They even speak English at this Tim's

A man with blonde hair tied back seemed initially nice about me asking if it was okay to ask something in english, but then immediately went and spoke badly about me to his coworker. A bit disappointed as my service the day before was lovely with a lady who was working there.

Excellent lunch experience! I came by around 10 a.m. this morning (February 27, 2025) and everything was perfect. My sandwich was impeccable, exactly as requested, with no errors. The drink was also very well prepared. Fast and courteous service!

Managing to make 3 mistakes on an order of 2 coffees is quite an achievement...
The black lady's service on December 23 around 3:55 p.m. at Lunch was completely disgusting. I asked for a cabaret to eat and she said “go get it”. I couldn't find them so I asked nicely where the cabarets were. I had to ask her 5 times because she pretended not to hear me. When she decided to stop being deaf, she shouted to “Samuel” saying “There is a client who really needs you”. I thanked Samuel for his exceptional service, explaining to him that the black lady had given horrible service, the lady left very angry. Today I understood the difference between a person who does not like, does not want to, does not help himself or others to work. Samuel, congratulations on your good mood. I worked for 8 years in a Tim Hortons, I hope that this dear lady will change jobs because clearly there is a lack of knowing how to live in public and she needs additional education. I still give 5 stars because Samuel was very nice and the food was very fresh, very good restaurant.
