In reality it's a 3.5. The night service is very good and fast. However, the fact of no longer offering donuts at night puts a damper on Metton customers. This part is really lame. The toilets are disgusting!

After a few visits to the site, the problem is not the staff but the shortage of products offered. There's always something missing!

I stop by your Tim Horton's from time to time, but your younger employees have a hard time working.
It doesn't scan/forgets or won't scan Tim Horton cards.
In addition, I came across an employee who, I believe, was mute at the drive-thru. I politely ask her to speak to me louder, because I can't hear her and she continues to speak to me in the same tone. I didn't hear anything at all I just continued to make my transaction out of habit.
Others clearly don't know how to scan point cards or allocate them, despite paying in cash.
You should better train your employees for customer service.
On the other hand, the food is pretty good, I almost never had an error in my order except for the fact that the napkins are made an accessory on request only.
