To have worked in a Tim, it is one of the best rated in my opinion, firstly in times of pandemic you must know that the lack of labor absolutely does not help speed, and that, many customers do not don't understand it, when there are 3 of you in a dinner rush, you have to understand that for drinks, lunches and pastries, everything takes a little time (especially grill cheese, it takes at least 1m30 to cook, not counting that drinks or pastries are not next to the car window, they have to go and get them) and if ever there is a mistake simply say so or ask to repeat the order before charging this will avoid a lot of problems and they will be happy to help you do it again (but don't complain that you didn't get what you ordered if you refuse to have it done again, you know...) In addition, I thank them for getting up to work rather than to go on the CPU like a lot of young people and adults who come to complain that their coffee has too much sugar or cream. Thing to note; in the evening I've come several times and I've already seen evenings where there were only 2 of them, it's crazy to be able to be open despite the ton of things that have to be done and prepared as well as cleaned. So if it happens that the interior is closed before the exact closure, tell yourself that it is not for nothing and that they are in the juice. Yes, there are some who should show a zest for life, or even be more meticulous, but they are there for you all. I know a lot of people there who offer excellent service and who will make you smile and who are there if you need them. Please be courteous during these difficult times. Technically, coffee and food are available in grocery stores so if you're not satisfied, you know where to go to buy your coffee and sandwiches. And last point, I would like to point out, it is one of the only tims still open at night 24 hours to the car, despite the lack of manpower. Please be understanding to them, thank you.

Very long service, there was no bacon ready even though 3/4 of the menu contains it. Thanks to the nice lady who understood that I was autistic and that I was really disturbed by the situation and totally disorganized. She took care of me and accompanied me.
