The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The service was a 0. We’re tourists, and when we went to order in English, the woman serving us refused to speak English, so we had to place our order in French. She also got our order wrong, and when we pointed it out, she blamed us, even though we had clearly told her what we wanted. It seemed like she didn’t want to understand us.

We reordered correctly, but because she didn’t understand us (or didn’t want to understand) from the beginning, we had to pay 50 extra cents since the coffee we ordered separately wasn’t included in the combo.

Very disappointing service. Usually, “the customer is always right,” but this woman not only refused to serve us properly, she also humiliated us. Later, we realized she spoke perfect English, which she could’ve done from the start.

Besides that, it was the dirtiest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.

your tim hortons lacks cleaning instead of having 10 people behind the counter outside it's disgusting full of cigarettes you have 10 people working sent an employee with a broom.. I think it's easy.. it's lacking a very good manager... I will eat at your place once a week... I worked in a tim for 6 years I know a lot..

Very unpleasant when you ask for a 4 cream coffee and you receive a 4 cream coffee and 4 sugars... just be attentive and don't systematically think that all people take a 4x4... corrected by a very friendly lady who I don't I don't have the first name, but bravo to you for your exemplary attitude

Interesting to put the potato wedges in mini bowls, this is easier to eat on the road. Once again service left to be desired on 2 points: cold brewed coffee with tiramisu which is not cold and I pay for a crunchy walnut donut and I get a chocolate pudding with walnuts all frozen. I don't know all the products I only go there occasionally but either on the front or on the back of the display the signs are not good because I didn't get what I thought I had from the display or the young person doesn't cannot read what is on the screen and what is on the posters on the display. Plus he wasn't even sure it was the right thing but he didn't dare ask me, he left the service paper on top not knowing what to do with it, and I trusted him .
