I placed a mobile order using the Tim Hortons app and went through the drive-thru. I told them I already placed a mobile order and gave them my order number, but they didn’t seem to understand. They didn’t speak much English and didn’t really know how the mobile orders work. They just asked me to drive up. When I got to the window, they asked to see the app. I showed it to them and thankfully they figured it out and gave me the coffee. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Terrible service, employees at the drive thru are rude and don’t even have the respect to talk to you or even look you in the eyes. They just hand you the machine as if you’re some kind of dog begging for food.

Old lady manager is hilariously rude. You’re almost 70 and you’re still clocking in Tim Horton’s. But still it doesn’t give you the right to carry that attitude. Maybe you need a vacation. Or retirement.

Vanilla in the oat milk coffee gives me a heart problem, cheese in the wrap even if I ask without it, large when I ask for Xl payment.....intimidating clientele....allergy to cheese and Vanilla add... .

My grandfather's club bread is burning. And I had to repeat 3 times that I wanted a bol delice and not a wrap delice. And when I said I wanted a Baileys chocolate milk instead of hot chocolate, Y my stubbornness said it was just cold chocolate milk! They didn't even try to understand.

The employees have difficulty with French and there is no one qualified to supervise them or help them understand customers like everyone else tbrnk! Plus, mother wanted a classic chicken or bacon ranch wrap, because that's the only thing she likes to eat at Tim's and there was even one available.
