I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. I waited over an hour for my order, only to be served a meal that was under cooked and inedible. I attempted to speak with a member of your staff about the issue, but my concerns were ignored. This lack of attention to both food quality and customer service is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

Terrible drive-thru service for about a year, order errors, very difficult communication when taking orders and being asked to wait at the order terminal while they prepare our order to speed up their drive-thru time, becoming very irritable

I don't understand the tims of Trois Rivieres there are never donuts in the evening or just the dry donuts in the morning... and the timbits forget the project you are told to call before introducing yourself... I have to go back to heading towards Thibault to have choice and freshness.... ridiculous... it's not what Tim Horton used to be...
