I don't understand the tims of Trois Rivieres there are never donuts in the evening or just the dry donuts in the morning... and the timbits forget the project you are told to call before introducing yourself... I have to go back to heading towards Thibault to have choice and freshness.... ridiculous... it's not what Tim Horton used to be...

After ordering two ham and cheddar sandwiches, we realize that the slices of ham are not edible. We go back to the tim to get another sandwich and we are served the same ham… completely unacceptable.
