Orders placed at curbside order are never what I initially requested. I already told the person that I had ordered X numbers of coffee and not Y numbers and the person replied: that's what I have on the order, I can't do anything. I was so annoyed that I left. I understand that mistakes happen but it's every time I go there and they don't care. 🤷♂️

Very common errors in orders, however, it can happen…. but drinking my coffee this morning, and having a large piece of plastic (the nature of which I don't know) in my sip is totally heartbreaking!!!!
