Great service! There weren't a lot of people there, so it was a quick service ?I recommend the Dutch casseroles and 3 meats. Comes with 1 or 2 eggs, toast and baked beans.

We had a Kalzone delivered by Uber Eat. In the Kalzone: 4 small pieces of peperonni, barely any sauce and the same for visibly grated cheese. Really disappointed with the food. We reported this to the restaurant via Uber Eat and no apology, nothing. This is not a restaurant that I recommend.

We waited an hour and a half before the worst poutine I have ever eaten arrived. Fries not completely thawed. Sauce so liquid that we thought there was none. Cheese that had spent too much time under the stove. The pizza was okay though.

Two subs (7"), a pizza, a children's menu, $100 taxes and tip included. It was very good, that said I still find it a little expensive. The portion of fries was miniature. We're good sat in the booths. The suspended ceiling tiles were missing. The place was clean the restrooms were good. Our waitress did an excellent job. Saturday evening 5:00 a.m. The restaurant was full shift.

This is the first time I've left a bad review on Google but I just had the worst customer service I've ever seen in a restaurant. Me and my friend ordered takeout this winter. When we got home we realized the mediocre food that had been given to us compared to our usual orders at other mikes restaurants and the extras that we had paid had not been added. Disappointed, we contacted the restaurant and sent photo proofs in emails at their request, finally they told us that we will have 50% off our next order, a paper will be made in our name. When we try to place an order the next time, mentioning our name and the discount. The manager we speak to on the phone is immediately defensive, absolutely doesn't believe us, super rude and doesn't want to listen to us at all despite wanting to show her the proof we sent by email the time before. She blames the problem on a change of ownership of the restaurant, that the paper must have been lost and that there is nothing more she can do. The discussion ends quite abruptly when we see that there is absolutely no point in arguing with her. The next day, we were called back by the new boss who had mentioned the inconvenience the day before. We explained the problem to him again and he finally guaranteed that for the next time the discount will apply. That a paper will be done and there will be no more worries. Again yesterday, we called mentioning our discount to the nice girl who took the order, we were transferred to the same boss as last time who contradicted us again by saying she had nothing in our name and treated us practically of liars. We ask to speak to the boss (the husband of the boss who is very unpleasant) and immediately he also denies absolutely everything that we try to politely explain to him at the beginning even if we were starting to get over all these losses of money. ridiculous times. He blames the change of hands on him (how is this supposed to be our problem and affect us?) and that he has never called customers back it's always his wife and starts calling us liars practically him with raising his voice. After several minutes of fairly intense discussions, he finally hung up on us almost shouting and telling us that we were never going to get a discount. Having worked a lot in restaurants before, I have never had to deal with such poor customer service, such disingenuous, honest and accommodating bosses. No listening to customers and aggressive attitude from the start. I will never support this restaurant again and clearly I won't recommend it either.

Under The Water Artist

The staff was very friendly! We were originally sat down and they seemed to have forgotten us but quickly came after. Food was served quickly and warm too. No problems here! I'd go more often if I didn't live so far.
