I arrived to order sushi. The person who answers me at the checkout is an apprentice. So the lady who works with him comes to answer me. She didn't want to make me sushi with the soy leaf because it was too difficult. She doesn't know how to pass my gift card. She no longer has any change in the cash register & gives me back my money in U.S. money. I tell her that I want Canadian currency. She tells me it's that or nothing. She also doesn't take my cell phone which is on the open counter to scan the points and tells me that it's not her problem, she finished the transaction. She comes back later to give me my Canadian money saying: " holds your money which is losing ".. ZERO respectful customer experience.

Worst experience we've had! We arrive to pick up our sushi at the time of our order. There are 15 customers waiting, 3 employees who do nothing (all news without their manager). Customers ask for their orders, the girls haven't done anything, don't know what to do, or how to place the orders. They also don't know how to reimburse customers. Of course my partner asks if our order is ready and the answer is no and she doesn't know how to do it. Finally after 30 minutes the manager arrives, she thinks she's funny, doesn't really apologize, doesn't even hurry to start the orders. Almost 1 hour after our order time, my partner left with the sushi. The rolls look like they were made by someone who has never done this in their life, a maki that starts with the size of a maki but ends with the size of a hosomaki. Not only that, but the rice is disgusting, it rolls around in your mouth, so sticky that you have difficulty eating it and it stays stuck to your palate.
It really wasn't the first time we ate yuzu, usually everything is ready and good. But here we had the worst experience of our lives and the manager didn't even take the time to apologize or rush to cover the delay. This is officially the last time we go there.

Si vous n'avez pas trop fin, Un général-tao avec 3 minuscules pépites de poulet, c'est certainement pas la norme, elles étaient tellement petites que ça en était ridicule . Le service impeccable mais pour le contenu, on fera pas de détour. C'est dommage, je ne repasserai pas là sous aucune condition. j'ai payé trop chère pour une salade de riz assaisonnée.

It was good, we had classic sushi which was good but not exceptional. We tried the discovery platter, the sushi with strawberries and peach bubble tea was weird and too sweet but just with strawberries would have been better! The other two salmon and cranberries and the other with fried fish were excellent! I had made a pre-order and already paid online so I can't really give a rating on the service and atmosphere. The service was okay and nothing more... not very smiling or welcoming even though we had just spent $75 in their restaurant...

The employee tried to give me cream cheese sticks directly into my hands. I ordered a sandwich for which we heard about fifteen minutes. There wasn't the extra cream cheese I ordered so I told the nice employee so he just took the cream cheese sticks and tried to put them in my hands, without anything, not even the separator paper for the insert… It's not great and not the best level of service but I laughed about it

Order 24 hours in advance to wait 2h30. I finally asked for a refund, because after 2.5 hours of waiting, the cook said my order hadn't even started. I'd like to believe it's a party, but most of the people waiting with me had also ordered the day before. There was therefore a serious failure in the management of employees, resources and logistics.
