The best thing about this place is the exquisite location. Food was good, staff are quite friendly. We sat outside and the while the furniture is a bit old, it does have this rustic nice feel to it. Inside seems pretty cosy too.
Food was quite good and service efficient.We had an Asian salad and salmon burger.The salad was very good. The salmon burger was very good, just I felt the piece of salmon too bif.The coffee is really good.

I have tried most of the places serving lunch in Val-David and find there is much to be desired. I went to C'est La Vie Café for the first time this past weekend and found it to be better than most in the town. They have a pleasant (and quite big) deck for summer dining, and the service was quite reasonable compared to other places in town where I've waited quite a long time for food that should not take too long to prepare.
