The best restaurant in Val David, courteous and fast service, excellent variety, Johanne is a very talented chef, their dishes are subtle and sophisticated, François is very welcoming and attentive in addition to being very efficient, quintessence assured without forgetting their coffee which are definitely worth the trip!!!

Very warm welcome for this perfect and copious brunch: very good croissants and crispy pain au chocolat, coffee to your liking with a beautiful Italian machine, generous fruit plate and several French products for sale. A warm and delicious stopover in Val David!

We had lunch yesterday and everything was very good, we were very satisfied when we went to eat at this restaurant. The prices weren't exorbitant like some places. In addition, we received very good service, we will definitely return!! Really nice discovery 😁
