The discovery menu is worth it. We were delighted to have a table at this restaurant during our couple's weekend. (By reservation only) The service (mom) is friendly and the chefs (dad and son) do wonderful teamwork. It tastes like experience and expertise. The tastes are balanced, the textures are varied. We really enjoyed our evening!
This restaurant is a rare gem in the Laurentians. I have eaten in many good restaurants and cooking is one of my passions and I have never been disappointed with the dishes concocted here. The blends of flavors are harmonious, the dishes are generous, the prices are very reasonable, especially with the quality of what is on the plate. This restaurant was simply spectacular. The service was so professional and welcoming and the food was simply exquisite. The Porcelet “Gaspor” came with two cuts of pork and the most skilfully and aesthetically prepared celery root I have ever seen. The absolute star was the Breton Kouign-amann served with an apple brandy from Québec.Quelle merveille!
