On main street in busy Val-David, Les Enflammes is a nice bistro to stop in for a bite to eat, with a well appointed interior and a large street facing terrace (that, although covered, can still get a lot of sunshine in the summer time). The menu options are basic like salads and pizzas. For our lunch time meal we had Caesar Salad (quite good with a garlicy creamy dressing), Margarita Pizza (very good with thin crust), and a Gazpacho Soup. Overall service was very friendly and...
A little treasure in the heart of Val-David with a dedicated staff who care about service and it shows! The pizzas are really delicious and what can we say about the Caesar salad. It’s really a pleasure to go back every time! Thank you Enflammés!
I was attracted by the tuna tataki, not possible as a starter because only one main course left?
We were in the last ones though, their remaining dish could have been divided, and that means it's not that fresh.
