Microscopic plates!!! The food is excellent, however, after 3 courses each we were still very, very hungry. As the bill was already around $380, we decided to finish the meal at home.

This is the first negative restaurant review I have made. Had the fish soup which was terrible and my husband had a beet salad dish which was okay but too salty. The only white wines they had by the glass were a Chardonnay and a blended wine. I ordered the blended wine which was very mediocre. We then proceeded to wait over an hour for our second tapa till finally we cancelled the order. The two small unsatisfactory tapas plus one glass of wine and one beer cost over $70.00.
We ran across the street and bought a turkey sub at the metro.

Good service. Beautiful card. Diversified menu accessible but sophisticated and fine. Beautiful compositions and beautiful assemblages.
Clearly a know-how and a passion in cooking.
Small downside. Prices/portions. I know what tapas are. I eat it regularly at a variety of establishments.
I don't know if it's a different reality in Val David and that there are certain imponderables that explain these prices. But $19 for 3 shrimp... (very well prepared with a multitude of flavors). Brief. It was a bit surprising at that level. Sautéed vegetables.. $16 for 4 small pieces of vegetables (slice of carrot/a mini floret of cauliflower and a micro slice of zucchini..).

Our favorite restaurant which always manages to renew itself and surprise us!
Quality products, inventive cuisine, privately imported wines chosen with care and ethics
The kitchen team is very inspiring to watch at work: a calm and well-orchestrated ballet.

The best restaurant we've had in Quebec! Everything was there: fine cuisine, impeccable service and a little background music in a pleasant setting.
We recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great evening with excellent food.
