Mistakes all the time.Every time I go there people make a mistake. I order online for a cold drink, they give it to me hot and when I mention it to them they say I was the one who asked for it hot. I go to the drive-thru, I ask for two different kinds of cookies, they give me two of the same one. We mention it to them but we keep the biscuits anyway and they give us a shrug of their arms like they don't care. I ask for two different donuts, one with sour cream and one retro with APPLES and they give me one with blueberry. In this same order I asked for a Baileys cold brew and a French vanilla. The French vanilla is 3/4 full and we waited a long time for the brewed coffee while they took other orders and those orders were ready but not my Bailey's. They give it to me afterwards but it tastes gross. My boyfriend came in and mentioned these latest problems to them and they were kind and offered to refill the drinks.I once worked at a fast food restaurant, I said the drive-thru should be fast... but take the time to understand the orders and make the recipes consistent.

Super convenient location! Almost a guaranteed poor experience, though. Employees mostly young teens who lack training, guidance and structure, it is frustrating. From cold coffee, poor interactions, to witnessing one of them being bullied, it’s hard to support this location. However I do note that there is some good service at times, typically from staff that seem to be of Latin and/or Filipino origins - they are the best!!

The manager Sophie is very rude! My mom said the wrong command by accident (she speaks English) and she yelled at him. I called (in French) to ask what happened and Sophie wouldn't let me talk. I asked her to stop interrupting me and she hung up the phone. I was shocked! This woman should be fired.Update: A year later and no one has called me back to talk about the poor service my mother had to endure and Sophie still works there. It's clear that they don't care about the English-speaking world and are big racists.
