We came on a whim for late lunch. The food was beyond fantastic, the presentation was beautiful and the flavours and cooking brilliant. The goat cheese salad was a work of art and they elevated fish and chips to a national treasure. The pistachio creme brulee was the best ive had on 3 continents and 32 years. By all means go! Its not inexpensive but you still get more than you pay for
Wonderful experience for me and my partner. We fell in love with the cocktails and the vanilla and cardamom crème brulée. The atmosphere is positive and the service we received is impeccable.
While passing through Val-D’Or, we had a great experience. We got a table despite the room being full. We tried fish and chips (with real homemade chips and fish that melted in your mouth). The dessert (cheesecake and salted caramel) was delicious although very small in portion.
However, we deplore the fact that the requested tip starts at 18%…
We give it a 5 star because the meal was worth the $$$ price.
