The customer service has become disappointing, no Hello, no smile, they talk to you stupidly, they serve you as if they were tired of working, really there is room for improvement, a lot!!
She doesn't listen to her, she looks the other way when they take your order, no respect.
And we repeat ourselves too much

Van Houtte Cafe is the dirtiest resto that I’ve been to, in the city of Val dor. Especially the Benedictine express, no one is managing this place it seems. It is so disrespectful to the costumer, and who just lost a great one ! I wish I had taken pictures of the disgusting floors, walls, inside the kitchen ….grosss!!!

A little disappointing lately in terms of service. I go there in the morning by going through the drive-thru. Very often we wait a long time, I can understand there are generally 2 of them and they have to serve the people inside as well as those at the car service. I have already worked in the catering field, I have already done this job alone. We are made to wait without saying anything like “one moment please” when you have been waiting for 5 minutes, you start to ask yourself questions. When you are asked for your order you have to repeat several times into the microphone. When we got to the window, we were made to wait another 3-5 minutes if not more. Someone comes to see us so that we can repeat our order. I don't know how it works, if orders can accumulate on the same checkout or you have to pay for the order at the checkout before moving on, but it's a little frustrating to repeat your order several times . I already had a smoked salmon bagel instead of a ham morning bagel. At the price it costs, luckily I wasn't allergic to fish, I would have thrown it away.

Worst experience!
I ordered online and paid by credit card but I did not receive my order!
I contacted them they told me they haven't seen my order then they told me most of the items on my order are out of stock yet they are still displayed on the online menu! so I decided to cancel my order and get a refund… I called 3 times they told me they will transfer the complaint to the manager but no news until now I have not received a call from responsible people!!
In short, not professional at all

Really very disappointed to know that there is literally 0 fruit in my smoothie, just syrup.

Very disappointed, normally I love to go get lunch, but this time it was very disappointing
1. When I arrived at the drive-thru, after 5 minutes of waiting, the person said to me, a moment please. I waited another good 8 minutes before my order was taken.
2. I ask for a latte and a bacon breakfast bagel with mayo (nothing complicated it seems to me). Arriving at the service window, I am paid and I wait another 5 minutes before the person comes to see me asking me what I ordered? (No comment, so I repeat my order).
3. Another 5 min wait before receiving my latte (which was really bad, didn't taste like usual, undrinkable)
4. I finally receive my bagle, I leave without further ado, my baby is crying and can no longer sleep in the car, so on the way, I check what I received.... phew half the bagel was only with 1 egg and nothing else and the other half had 1 slice of bacon and egg.

In short, it's no longer as good as it was, even very disappointing, in addition to the wait, when there was no one, I threw the only customer at the drive-thru.

I finally finished at the tim to have a drinkable coffee and a nice lunch.
