I change my opinion unfortunately. Bad experiences pile up and it's clearly not worth 4 stars. I order bowls and each time it's chance that decides whether it will be good or not. However, the chances of it not being good start to get higher. The rice is not cooked and the chicken is charred (this is not an exaggeration, I bit into the chicken and had difficulty chewing it). Receiving a bowl like I received is very insulting considering the price paid. I'm leaving two stars because when the bowl is well made, it's worth it.

Very expensive, it's based on the American chain chipotle, but they do not reheat the burritos. The menu is quite restrained but it's not a bad thing per say, they might be doing good focusing on only a few items they can make well. The biggest problem is their portion size, they clearly do not often respect what they are advertising and their personal do not seem to take constructive criticism. I asked one if their customers representative to weight the portion of meat she had served me, she refused, it was clearly not even a third of what she was supposed to serve. If they did cut their price in half, I would recommend it, but it's clearly not worth the prices.

my rice has been very undercooked on multiple occasions. I used to really like habeneros but after enough times of paying for a meal I cant end up eating, I've kind of had enough at this point. disappointing.
