Horrible food. If I wanted microwaved food….I would have stayed at home and saved myself the $45. Sauce is horrible, pasta is not properly done and the service….unprofessional. Girl behind the cash took 5 minutes to wake up from the back room. Waste of time and money. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE.
Everything was excellent until I got to eating my dessert.

the meals are good, the location is reminiscent of a cafeteria. On the other hand, the portions are not sufficient.

Mia Pasta est une belle découverte! Leurs pâtes sont délicieuses, préparées avec des ingrédients frais, et le service est rapide tout en restant chaleureux. L'équipe est incroyablement gentille, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Parfait pour un repas rapide sans sacrifier la qualité. Une adresse à retenir!
J’ai commandé un plat pour emporter, en arrivant à la maison après avoir mangé presque la totalité du plat, j’ai trouvé un long cheveux noir et épais. Puisque je suis blonde il n’y a donc aucune chance que ce soit le miens.
Lorsque j’ai appelé et demander à parler à un superviseur, il n’y en avait aucun sur place et le personnel ne s’est jamais excusé ou tenter quoi que ce soit. J’ai du demander qu’on me refasse un plat et je me suis fait répondre assez sec.
Disons que je prioriserai le resto d’à côté la prochaine fois, avec un service aussi peu jovial.

The pasta I ordered was al-dente, the appropriate cooking method.The place is called mia pasta (my pasta) as far as the formula is concerned, it's very simple, it's more or less the same principle as at Subway, but for pasta.The portions are good and the value for money is good, I think it is difficult, in a restaurant in Val d'Or, to have a more competitive price. Yes, it's possibly cheaper than McDonald's and Subway and clearly less expensive than the habaneros which is right next door, which serves supposed burritos when that is not the case at all...I took a pink pig, basically, it’s Parma Rosa fettuccine with ham.I often make it at home so this is a good reference.I'm a cook, so for me, eating pasta in a restaurant is a no-no. In general it is too expensive. Let's be honest, 200g of flour, 2 eggs and a little salt is a portion of fresh pasta and it costs $0.60. We won't talk about the rosé sauce which is very simple to make.As for the taste, I found it very bland. You can't taste the cream or the parmesan in the sauce.There are clearly not enough spices and herbs.All in all, it was acceptable.Alfredo sauce is an American version,Carbonara is not made with guanciale and pecorino, or pancetta and asiago, which are also acceptable substitutes, but with Alfredo sauce and bacon.Which reminds me, I used DoorDash to order pad Thai before. In the choice of pasta I asked for vermicelli (rice vermicelli, logically…) and they sent me some with wheat vermicelli. It wasn't edible. But hey, it's not an Asian restaurant.I found it unpleasant, however, to have seen a customer being served the wrong order and the cook saying, in front of the customer, to his colleague, that the customer had made a mistake in her order and that: “it's not That's what the little lady asked meFrom experience, customers make mistakes, and so do cooks, even if we would like it to be different. You don't have to make your customer feel like an idiot, that's how you lose your customers.Next time, just reorder without comment.So when are we going there?We eat there for dinner when working in town, a potential stop while shopping. A little date when you're a student. I wouldn't make the detour just for that, but "economical" options, like beautiful, edible, and acceptable, like beautiful, good and inexpensive.I hope this review will help managers in the future.

J’ai commandé avec doordash, le dasher impeccable par contre j’ai payer pour un pain à l’ail gratiné à 7,65 et malheureusement il était pas dans ma commande trouve sa dommage car j’ai payer pour cet article dans une commande a 35$ c’est décevant de ne pas tout avoir…

The Mac&Cheese-Bacon is delicious and the service is as good as the meal.
I'm going to come back to Val d'Or just to eat here, the Rawdon / Val D'or route is justified!!
