It's a PFK, it tend to be Okay at best and im surprised that they havent all been closed yet. At this one the food is okay, and the Zinger is pretty much the only thing that i like there.
It's not rare to see only two employees to do every jobs at once.

You can never go wrong with PFK. Chicken is crispy and the gravy’s delicious.
Won’t go here again , ordered family meal, didn’t get large fries or large popcorn chicken , chicken sandwiches weren’t wrapped properly and they didn’t put in the dipping sauce

The lack of employees makes the service at the counter slow. I went back and went to the drive-thru around 4:30 p.m. We don't hear a dinner rush. Service still long, no apple juice, my only option since I don't drink liquor, a bottle of water.... No hello, no amount of my order at the intercom. In short, here in Val D'Or, I won't go anymore. Too disappointed with the service. And what about the size of the pieces is ridiculous.

Why at KFC in FLORIDA they serve us real lean golden grilled chicken (smaller pieces), while in Val-d'Or they serve us what seems to be OLD CHICKEN THAT PISSES THE FAT AND HAS THE BREADING THE COLOR OF AN OIL THAT IS SEVERAL WEEKS DATE.
