Last Wednesday, June 26, 2024, me, my wife and one of my sons went to Bistro V for the blind menu that we love so much! However, not only did the incomparable former butler, Martin, leave there less than a year ago, but the one with an always welcoming smile, who had replaced her (Audrey) also left recently. A young man with bandages on his hands told us that he was taking Audrey's place. I prefer not to mention his name. In summary, here is our evening: 3 hours in total...
Practically perfect, there were 4 of us, everyone loved it, my dish was the one that lost 1 star. But the atmosphere and everything is a place where we will return with great pleasure!
