NOT A CAFE!! Don’t be fooled by the picture of the cute tables with lights. Customers are not allowed to sit at the tables. I came here hoping to do some work and enjoy a nice coffee as one does in a cafe but they are SO focused on roasting that they can’t event allow customers to sit at the tables. Tables are reserved for their coffee tastings which are not happening daily. A real shame, I thought this would bring some life to varennes but it’s just another storefront with no community aspect.

Also before they reply saying they are a small team… it doesn’t take anyone extra to allow customers to sit at the tables you already have. I would be fine drinking my coffee in the single serve cups and throwing it away at the end of my stay. Either you are a cafe or you’re a producer. You clearly can’t be both. Why take up such a beautiful store front in varennes to provide no space for customers.

One of the best high-end coffees I have had the pleasure of tasting. Treat yourself, go for a walk and treat yourself!

Great little cafe! I teach at a college not far away and the walk there and my cappuccino afterwards have become an almost obligatory weekly routine ? The employees are always polite and welcoming. Well done!

Solide café à Varennes. je ne peux pas concevoir que les gens vont au Starbucks quand ils ont un petit bijou comme ça dans leur ville. P.S. le latte Érable/Vanille c'est le meilleur café de tout les temps .😁

High quality coffee, best I've tasted!! Love how they grind it on the spot, adjusted so that it's perfect for my French press. I've learned so much about coffee since I started purchasing from there, they really know their stuff

What a great discovery, charming little café. The decorations are simply magnificent and it is a very bright place. The products we find on site are of high quality. There are some products derived from coffee. It is a place to discover and rediscover.

Wow...!!!!!Thank you for the speed of the delivery service.... my boyfriend forgot to bring our coffee down to the chalet... I placed my order online and in less than 24 hours I had already received my precious coffee!!! WOW!!! DEFINITELY NOT a cafe. We arrived on foot from the ferry at lunchtime for coffee and a cake to be told that is is a roastery not a cafe and that the only food we could obtain in the immediate vicinity was the fast food place across the road. We watched the same thing happen to another couple who arrived there by car while we were eating at the fast food place. Also closed on a Monday but irrelevant unless you want to buy roasted coffee beans/grounds.
