Staff are very kind, patient and do their best despite being super young. The place however is chronically understaffed. Chronically. Which leads to the employees Not being able to clean the place. Especially as this McDonald's attracts a very young and rowdy high school crowd. The place is always a mess and the 3 staff are running around barely keeping up with the orders.

Asked the first lady at the drive thru for a jalapeno sauce and mayo on the side for my fries. I re ask again at the counter for those two sauces. No sauces in the bag and food cold. Awesome !

Arrived at 5:00 am this morning and was told they weren't ready to serve breakfast McMuffins. They told me to wait in the waiting area. after 15 minutes waiting went inside only to find out they forgot about me. My breakfast was lying in there. Its been a couple of months that I have issues during opening hours for breakfast. Owner should take action.
No straws…. No chicken nuggets sauce… bought 2 trio and only pit 1 fries.
Whats the point of rushing the food to have fast service if you guys serve us with missing orders. Needs so much improventa and training.

Absolutely disgusting ppl working there talking and bragging about how much weed they just smokes while I was waiting 30 minutes to be served , the food is over cooked and wrong ! Tonight took over 40 minutes to get a McDouble that they even made wrong ! They gave me a plain burger. My kid got a burned chicken nugget and a HOT yogurt!

The atmosphere was quite pleasant until I lifted the lid of my poutine. The fries were hard as a rock and cold as the north pole. In addition, I had the inconvenience of seeing that there was only a tablespoon of sauce. After finishing this horror which seriously affected me mentally and physically, I turned around and saw the young cook preparing another poutine for the drive-thru and this time, he was not there. don't go overboard on the sauce, adding more than 3 ladles. ??
