“Sushi is the best in Boucherville so far and I’ve tried 3 others.
Only issue is they use almost entirely the same ingredients in all the maki rolls. They all have cucumber, avocado and tempura bits, pickled radish and tobiko.
The only change is the protein so after a while the texture and flavour profiles become too similar and I don’t feel like I’ve actually eating different rolls.
I’m used to Vancouver sushi so the prices in Boucherville are incredibly high
I would give it a 7/10 for sushi
And 4/10 for value for money“

It’s been a minute. I don’t remember what I took, but I took a piece of sushi as always, and it was so great there. I really gave it 10 out of 10.“
