Amazing experience! We ordered the Sakura platter and it was delicious. But what we appreciated the most was the service; the staff was extremely courteous, patient and kind. They even entertained my 5 year old son andhe left with a smile. Well done to all of you and a special shout out to Nicolas. He gave us the best service I had in years. Well done young man.

You can't show up and order stuff, you have to pre order otherwise they might not serve you. I usually go to another sushi shop and it takes 15min to make a simple order. ( in peak hours) I waited 1h30 for a 3 item order at this branch. Very disappointed

I'm going to be taking a looooong break from sushi for now. In the last year I've had missing sushi pieces several times,cracked ones etc. This last time the rice from my volcano was overcooked. The texture was mushy, some of my salmon had brownish pieces. At the price it costs I expect to have better quality than the ones from grocery store.

I really like this branch. Their sushi is tasty and flavorful. The red tiger, volcano, cherry blossom..!! A delight! Even though they were expensive, they are a treat for the taste buds. But I've been there twice now and it's not the same thing at all. $100 worth of sushi and an empty roll of flavor. Rice rolls in soy sauce and no more spices, foods and nothing in the center Damage; I like its location, accessibility.

The second I set foot in the store, they ask me if I made an order. After telling him no, looks at me with despair and tells me the waiting time. I tell him no problem and give him my order. Not even finished, the employees are shouting at each other, insulting each other and complaining. All this to end with a poke bowl that only has salad, rice and chicken with no flavor (that's not what I ordered).Strongly advise against

I went to the store, 2 customers 3 employees I just wanted a kappa philly and they had a 1 hour wait. I work in a sushi shop and making this sushi takes 1 minute to make. disappointed

Saturday September 16, I went to pick up my order. Out of 6 tacos ordered, only three had been prepared... Instead of completing the order, an employee began to redo all 6 tacos.... In the meantime, I paid and left a generous tip. 3 young girls and a young man were present in the store, with no manager to supervise them... The one who was responsible for preparing my tacos kept chatting with her friends, taking all her time and interrupting her work to laugh better at his jokes. She could see that I was waiting, but not once did she glance at me... It took a long time... I regret not having taken back my ticket left as a tip... The tacos were sloppy, one of them had almost no pieces of tuna... At the price of the sushi, I find the quality and service dismal. I was a regular customer, but now it's over, I won't set foot there again....
