My recent visit to the restaurant was highly disappointing. The food was overcooked, making it almost inedible, and the salad was soggy and unappetizing. The server seemed uninterested and inattentive, ignoring our requests and providing horrible service throughout the meal. When we tried to address our concerns, the owner was rude and dismissive, showing no regard for our complaints. Instead of addressing the issues, they threw a $20 coupon at us and still expected a tip. To top it off, they made us pay for food we didn’t even eat. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Plus, it was my mom’s birthday and we had to leave in a very disappointing manner.
