We had the best experience at Ben and Florentine Vaudreuil today. Amy was our server and we could not have asked for better service! She was so efficient and went above and beyond our expectations! She was always so pleasant and everything she did was with a smile. We will definitely be back and ask for Amy!

Service was terrible... Waiting to be served with kids is hard but waiting for a waitress who seems annoyed from the moment you sit down is worse. I had notified the waitress that there was hair on my food and she told me it was egg whites. It wasn't, I picked it up and showed her. Additionally, there was hair on my sons fruit, she said that was egg whites also (he didn't even have eggs on his plate). Food is fine otherwise but I was really disappointed with the way this was handled. There was no apology, she just genuinely seemed aggravated. I understand we all have bad days, but I don't think customers should be treated poorly for returning food that has hair on it.

It says open at 6:00am on Saturday. We arrived at 6:50 for breakfast. Pitch black. The guy inside I assume is the chef, saw us, turned on the light, didn't try to seat us, no greeting, no explanation of whether it's open or not. We waited for a while no waiter come to seat us, so we left. Very disappointed with how we are treated this morning.

I placed an online order this morning for takeout at Ben & Florentine Vaudreuil, with the expectation that my order would be ready at 6:41 AM. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed, despite its listed opening hours indicating 6 AM to 3 PM on Wednesdays.

I tried calling the restaurant to confirm, but there was no answer, nor was there an option to leave a message. Upon returning later to check again, I found the door unlocked, but the restaurant appeared empty. Eventually, one of the employees arrived and started unlocking the already unlocked door, visibly surprised to find me waiting inside. When she asked if I had been waiting long, I explained the situation.

It seemed she had stepped out earlier, which is why the doors were locked when I first arrived.

To make matters worse, as I headed home, I realized the hot chocolate s’mores I ordered was missing. This forced me to return to the restaurant yet again to retrieve it.

Overall, this experience was deeply unprofessional and frustrating. The lack of organization and communication wasted a significant amount of my time this morning.

Vaudreuil-Dorion location. Waitresses are fantastic but I am very very disappointed with my experience. Fruit flies everywhere!!! More than a few! Constantly landing on your food. I complained but I was told they are loosing lots of business but the franchise owners do not seem to care. I was told something with a grease trap and it’s too expensive to fix the problem. I will no longer go back and would not recommend. Gross! Trying to contact head office but the contact page does not work….

For several months the air conditioning has not worked. This makes the experience much less enjoyable.

We arrive at 12:45 p.m., we look at the menu, the waitress comes for drinks at 1 p.m. I don't know what to have so I say I'll come back, she leaves (before I can say I'll order the meal and come back to the drink afterwards) telling us she'll come back later. According to it is -2 listening to the customer is not there.

Our meal arrives at 1:11 p.m., it looks really good. It was actually good. The service leaves something to be desired, we don't see the waitress for long.

Overall it remains a good and Florentine, I will come back for the food not for the service.
