I hadn't been at this location in Vaudreuil in a while. I usually go to the one in Ile Perrot. I decided to stop and I ordered a leg to take out. When I got home I opened up the sauce and it was very thick like jello and lukewarm. Very bad for bacteria to start forming. It was extremely salty as well. I had to water it down and microwave it. The coleslaw was okay but not like it used to be a few years ago. It was kind of tasteless. The fries were warm and soggy. The chicken was hot and good. I do not find that they are consistent with their food. I used to go there at least once every 2 weeks but like I said, I haven't been in there for a while. I don't think I'll return. So needless to say, you're taking a chance when you go to this particular location. I am very disappointed. I have been a customer of theirs ever since day one I swear. I am a senior.
The cashier was very friendly. My complaints have nothing to do with her.

I often order there, for several years, lack of fries most of the time for a mega poutine at $21 not high (see photo), I always take a mega poutine, 3 times missing the sauce and all it offers is a credit on the $5 sauce, I didn't order sauce I ordered a poutine, the manager is really pathetic and I'm going to stop ordering it, there's always something wrong, it's pathetic , I recommend to anyone to order the

Excellent service at the reception of Benny de Vaudreuil-Dorion, my order (Econogroup for 20 people) was served to me quickly but the chicken breasts were not cooked enough and were difficult to separate from the bones. DISAPPOINTED because a lot of waste.

Wow Benny now impose the new stupid decision of forcing you to get up , wait in line , to have the cooks in the back refill your sauce. I love the sauce but this irritation of cutting costs by eliminating the self serve sauce was surpassed only by not providing a knife with my meal so when you sit down you only find out then after unrolling your knapkin that you have to get up to ask for a knife according to policy. I cant believe this is a senior management decision. Irritating clients for saving maybe 4.5643 cents while giving unpleasant extra work to staff is probably the worst restaurant decisions ever. I will be back in one month and if it is the same I will spend $30 in places where the client experience counts as it should.If the presumed sauce thieves or exaggerators are a problem put the self serve next to the cash.

Je demande une poutine thaïe extra fromage et extra sauce pour manger sur place, de spécifie plusieurs fois ma poutine monté SVP....mon assiette arrive là poutine pas monté avec un mini bol avec 4 morceaux de fromage pour 3,50$me semble qu'à 3,50$ l'extra fromage serait tu possible de la mettre dans ma poutine ??? Always excited to enjoy this delicious Montreal staple. There are other places that do it similarly, but no one does it as well. Fries are on point, dipping sauce is the best in the game. Eating in is comfortable and communal. If you ask for more dipping sauce or coleslaw, they will happily obliged. Everytime I’m in Quebec, I simply must visit.

Excellent chicken as usual, cleanliness of the restaurant.. one star!!! We changed tables 3 times... sticky table, sticky floor, glass lying on the table... employee chatting outside. It's 2 p.m.... no rush inside We are a couple in their fifties who frequent Benny's very often and this is the first time I have made a bad comment on their restaurant.
