Delicious products, declining service over the last couple of months. Even when there is very few people it takes very long to get served and the staff seems disorganized. They gave me the wrong loaf of bread yesterday and realized only when I got home. Hopefully they will make some changes.

The service on-site is excellent, and the food is usually fresh. However, I strongly advise against using their delivery services or ordering through Uber Eats. They tend to send out old products that are close to expiring, and they are not willing to take them back or offer an exchange. It's very disappointing not to be able to keep any leftovers for the next day.

We love to stop here on our way to/from Montreal. Food is good, bread is excellent and pastries kick ass. They also sell products from small Quebec producers (force meat, cheese, rillettes, cretons)
Service is really good and always kind. But it’s only young white females so a little bit more diversity would be welcome.

The espresso was very good, the pastries were yummy, but the terrasse was on the side of a high-traffic provincial road, too noisy for a Saturday morning.

Food was bad. Made me sick. Had been there a few times before but the level of service has dropped. Make eye contact and smile is a basic skill. But the girls was more interested in chatting between themselves. N the lady that had to serve me was not friendly. Tables were dirty.

Terrible costumer service. Unorganised and unprofessional. Staff talking amongst themselves and swearing at English speaking people thinking they don’t speak French.
Saying things like “ ostie anglais

Specially on Sunday at 10.00 shorter plus size women.
Will not be coming back.

Great sandwiches cakes and breads as well as snacks and drinks. A beautiful charcuterie bar too.

Very disappointing. Paid 12.99 for a lobster roll sandwich alone, not a combo. And I could barely find a teaspoon of lobster in the whole sandwich. It's basically a mix vegetable sandwich.

Croissants are excellent. Love to eat here

It saddens me to write this review but this establishment that I’ve regularly visited with pride for the past 4 years is going into the dumps. Horrible quality, service & hygiene. Staff is slow, unfriendly & unhygienic. They ignore customers after 4 pm in a rush to close & head home, this includes the managers that are on duty & busy counting the cash instead of serving clients. They really make it seem like clients are an inconvenience & that they are doing us a favour. When I visited today, the staff member packed my goods with the same glove she used to handle a dirty rag & other items. On several occasions this summer, I noted flies on the baked good. Also, in general, the staff looks unkept. I’ve seen them smoking outside & only to come in & start serving clients without washing their hands. And sadly, the goods sold are not as fresh & presentable as they used to be. I hope measures are taken to restore the pride of Vaudreuil Dorion.

Dangerous place for your wallet - you'll want to buy it all. I warned you. It's an amazing bakery.
