Usually, we love Cora’s, but today just wasn’t their best showing. I’d rate it **3.2 overall**.
The **service** was friendly (**4/5**) but they were clearly **short-staffed** this morning. We waited **over an hour** for our plates, and what made it worse — we were two families of four, and our friends across the table got their food **15 minutes later** than us. Not great coordination.
When my **Eggs Benedict with ham** finally arrived, the eggs were **overcooked and cold**, and the English muffins were so **burnt and squashed** they looked more like flat pancakes. Definitely not up to their usual standards.
Atmosphere was decent (**3.5**) and food quality was a letdown (**2.8** today). Hoping it was just a rough day — I know they can do much better.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for a few years, but during my last two visits — one in May and one today — I noticed a decline in both quality and taste. We only ordered two items: the Benedict and a burrito.
The Benedict didn’t taste as good as it used to, and they now serve a very small portion of fruit with a large amount of potatoes, likely to cut costs. As for the burrito, the crepe was too thick and tasted like raw flour.
Paying $20 for each dish no longer feels worth it, given the noticeable drop in quality.

Standard Cora's, except that there was no lineup even though we were there at about 10:00 am on a Saturday.
Large portions, of course. I had the 10 Star Skillet. Despite the long list of ingredients, potatoes were by far the most plentiful. Tasted good, though.
