Showed up 830pm when they were closed at 9pm. Sign was lit up OPEN and door was unlocked. The lights were off at the front of the store. There were 2 staff members inside and when I pulled the door one looked at the other staff and what looked like said ‘seriously’ I went to close my car door and came back and the staff member begins the counter came to the door and said they were closed.
Terrible customer services ce to have the song on that says open and door unlocked and be in your operating hours but then tell a customer you’re closed because you don’t want to make a sandwich.
I’ll be contacting head office about this as it’s unacceptable to be turning away business during business hours becauseh you don’t want to make a sandwich.
Most likely won’t be coming back to Dagwoods as this was first experience

This Dagwood sandwich store is the best place to grab a sandwich. The store is very clean and the staff members are so warm and kind. I like to hang out with friends or just grab something quick to eat everytime I visit Montreal. The sandwiches here are better than other franchise stores I’ve been to. You can taste the difference because the ingredients are super fresh. If you love sandwiches you’ve got to check it out. I highly recommend this spot!

Tried to get a sandwich yesterday at 830pm. Sign on the door and the hours online say that they are open till 9pm. Doors were locked even though we saw staff inside.

Just ordered a sub and chili. Chili was really cold. Barely got any lettuce in my sub. I PAYED for extra sauce and berely got any. Also paid for a root beer and got a cherry cola. How hard is it to remove it from the app when you don’t have it and how hard is it to make a sub with less than 10 ingredients. Usually my favourite fast food, but repetitive mistakes in my past orders make me want to never order from that location.

no option in ubereats to toast sub. ordered a x2 spicy chicken, both came soggy and a mess... fix your uber eats!
Love the sandwiches from dagwoods way better than other places. And this place is always friendly and gives good service.
Infinitely better than Subway. Will be back time and time again.
